Jason Kinney
President, Lead Engineer
Jason is a commercial site engineer and graduate of the University of South Florida's Civil Engineering program (Class 01') with over 25 years of experience, Jason has worked with private developers and local governments on a variety of development projects, including office buildings, multi-family apartments, fast food restaurants, commercial banks and large, multi-tenant retail shopping centers.
Jason's public work experience includes serving as Project Manager, overseeing Permitting and Design over numerous improvement projects, including storm water collection and treatment systems to alleviate flooding, wetland and lake enhancements to improve water quality within the watershed, and ditch realignment and fortification to prevent erosion of private property.
Stephanie Kinney
CEO, Manager
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of South Florida's Civil Engineering program (Class of 01') with over 25 years of experience in transportation, environmental and civil site design and engineering. She has worked with private developers and local governments on a variety of development projects, including major interstate transportation and drainage projects, commercial buildings, and fertilizer manufacturing.
Stephanie's public work experience includes serving as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager on several large interstate transportation projects like the I-4/Selmon Expressway Connector in Tampa, FL, the Gandy Boulevard elevated system in St, Petersburg, FL, multiple I-75 and I-275 projects in the Tampa Bay Area, FL, and the I-69 Interstate project in Texas.
